Sheepsh implements sustainable

Our products are made from natural sheepskins, and our manufacturing lines extend from the original sheepskin farm through the LWG tannery and, finally, to the footwear factory. Sheepskin's pasture of origin includes Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. This blog focuses on how our tannery secure a long-term route.

Our LWG tannery has its own wastewater treatment area, and we take sustainability seriously, not only verbally, as our wastewater treatment area has covered 45% of the total manufacturing area. Furthermore, we recycle any effluent that could be reused; for example, the water after cleaning the raw sheepskin can be reused in subsequent phases, preventing waste. We put non-reusable wastewater into our wastewater treatment area, a purification tank for sedimentation and filtration. For the purified water, we contacted the local centralised treatment facility, pooled the purified water together on a regular basis, and then deep-cleaned it. Additionally, our product has passed the certificate by ‘TÜV SÜD’ content text from Formaldehyde and Hexavalent chromium. Sheepsh products are truly providing our customers with a safe and cozy product. we do care about your needs!

We understand the consequences of our tannery could go wrong. Therefore rather than making more profit by ignoring this responsibility, putting less cost on our product, we prefer a better future environment, in order provding a better life for our young generation.
